Rienzi Ramirez has over 22 years of experience in the outsourcing industry. With 17 years in [24]7.ai, Rienzi has a deep understanding of what it takes to provide strategic operational and financial guidance to grow the business as the Chief Financial Officer.
In the past, Rienzi served as Country Manager for [24]7.ai Philippines, and then as the Chief Delivery Officer for Global BPO Operations, where he was responsible for overall geography strategy, hiring, people engagement, and delivery. He has been successfully overseeing a workforce of over 14,000 people across the Philippines, Latin America, and India serving top organizations in the US and Australia, contributing to his acute business acumen.
Rienzi's forward-thinking approach has propelled the organization to success, as recognized by multiple awarding bodies, including Great Place to Work along with other recognition in the region. As a testament to Rienzi's leadership, he has been recognized as one of the Outstanding Leaders in Asia by the Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) Award, Outstanding Leader by Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA), CMO Asia's Best Philippine Leader in 2021 and is part of the recent Top 50 Rising Tigers of the Asia Pacific.
Before joining [24]7.ai, Rienzi held leadership roles at Concentrix (formerly Convergys) and Ibex Global (formerly TRG). He is formally trained with a BA in Quantitative Economics, with two postgraduate degrees a Masters in Industrial Economics and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
