PV has been featured as a thought leader in the field of global customer service, in Tom Friedman's recent book "That Used to Be Us," and in his earlier work "The World is Flat." Prior to founding [24]7 in 2000, PV served in various leadership roles at KANA Software, Inc.

S.Nagarajan is the recipient of the ‘IT People leadership award’ by NDTV and DNA magazine.
Prior to co-founding [24]7 in 2000, Nags co-founded Business Evolution (BEI), an integrated customer interaction technology company. He also served in various senior management positions in companies such as COMSYS, Churchill Insurance Company Ltd. and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

Michael Moritz is a venture capitalist at Sequoia Capital focusing on internet, outsourcing and technology companies.
Michael Moritz is listed several times on Forbes' Midas List, which identifies venture capital's most successful professionals, ranked No. 2 in the Forbes 'Midas List' for the year 2009. Michael focuses on software and services investments
Michael currently sits on the boards of [24]7 Customer, Earth Networks, Gamefly, Green Dot,Klarna, Kayak.com, LinkedIn, Sugar Inc and The Melt. Michael's previous investments at Sequoia include Google, Yahoo, PayPal, Flextronics, Pure Digital and Zappos.com. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 1986, he worked in a variety of positions at Time Warner and was a Founder of Technologic Partners, a technology newsletter and conference company. He was also the former Bureau Chief of Times, San Francisco.

Ram Shriram, ranked no. 3 in the Forbes Midas List for the year 2009, is a leading angel investor in Silicon Valley.
Ram is the founding member and Director of Google, Inc. and member of the board of Zazzle, Inc. andStumbleUpon. He is also a director of Next Jump and a trustee of Stanford University. Prior to starting Sherpalo Ventures, LLC, he was the VP of Business Development at Amazon.com. He joined Amazon.com in August, 1998, when Amazon acquired Junglee an online comparison shopping firm, where Ram was serving as the President.

George Shaheen’s distinguished career in the technology industry spans over 30 years. He serves on the boards of NetApp, Korn/Ferry International, PRA International and Univita. George is currently a member of the advisory board of Marcus & Millichap Company and strategic advisory board of Genstar Capital, LLC.
George has also served as the CEO of Siebel CRM Systems, Inc. and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). He has served as an IT Governor of the World Economic Forum. George is a graduate of Bradley University with a BS and MBA. He has served on the Bradley University Board of Trustees and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management Advisory Board.
