PV Kannan
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

 
PV Kannan co-founded [24]7 in April 2000. Under PV's leadership, [24]7 has become the leader in intuitive customer service software and services. The company was founded based on PV’s vision to improve the consumer's experience by leveraging big data, intuitive design and a learning platform to simplify customer service and make it easier for consumers to get things done.

PV has been featured in various publications as a thought leader in the field of global customer service, including Tom Friedman's recent book "That Used to Be Us," and in his earlier work "The World is Flat." He is also a regular speaker at industry events and has been a panelist in Forbes Conference 2006 and Academy of 2006 Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, to name a few.

PV has more than 13 patents (in process or approved) in the area of customer service. Prior to [24]7, PV was an officer and part of the management team at Kana Software. In 1995, he founded his first company, Business Evolution (BEI), based in Princeton, New Jersey, which was acquired by Kana Software in 1999.

Trained as a Chartered Accountant in India, PV holds professional degrees in accounting and finance.

Shanmugam Nagarajan

S. Nagarajan, 'Nags,' is a co-founder of [24]7 and has been instrumental in building the [24]7 culture. In his current role as Chief People Officer, his main focus is to recruit and develop the top talent for [24]7's global, 10,000+ person organization, and to ensure that the company values of respect, transparency, ownership, results, and teamwork are integral in how we operate our business.

Before co-founding [24]7, he co-founded Business Evolution Inc., a leader in integrated CRM Solutions for the eCommerce market, in Princeton, New Jersey. He has served on several leadership committees like the NASSCOM's Executive Committee and is a frequently-invited guest speaker to many leading business schools around the world. Nags began his career in IT with Tata Consultancy Services and later held various technical and senior management positions in the US, Europe, and India at companies such as Comsys Technical Services, Churchill Insurance Company.

Nags has a Master's Degree in computer applications from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and a degree in statistics from Loyola College, Chennai.

Bill Robbins
Chief Operating Officer


Bill Robbins joined [24]7 in January 2013. As the Chief Operating Officer for [24]7, Bill brings over 20 years of executive management, worldwide sales and service, and global operations experience. 

At Symantec, he was the EVP, Worldwide Sales and Services and was directly responsible for all aspects of Symantec’s $5 Billion Enterprise revenue generation, growing enterprise billings from $3.6B in FY 2009 to $4.7B in FY 2012. He held executive sales roles as the SVP Americas, SVP Asia Pacific and Japan, and VP Eastern US and National Telco Sales. At VERITAS Software (acquired by Symantec), Bill was the VP Northern Europe Sales/Merger Integration and VP Worldwide Sales Operations. At Comdisco, Bill was the COO of the $850M Availability Services Division. Bill was the Managing Director, Sales and Business Development at MCI Systemhouse.  

Bill holds a BA in Business Administration and a BS in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Madhu Ranganathan
Global Chief Financial Officer

 
Madhu joined [24]7 in June 2008. As the Global Chief Financial Officer, Madhu brings over 20 years of financial, operational and business strength, along with "Big 4" public accounting experience to lead [24]7's worldwide functions.  

Prior to joining [24]7, Madhu was the Chief Financial Officer of Rackable Systems, now SGI (Nasdaq: SGI), a provider of server and storage products, where Madhu's responsibilities included a successful secondary offering, raising over $300 million, and scaling finance operations during her tenure. Prior to Rackable, Madhu served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Redback Networks (now part of Ericsson), a leading networking solutions provider, where she played a key role in a highly successful turnaround effort that included financial restructuring, securing venture funding and managing operations to achieve improved margins, cash position and profitability. Madhu also led finance operations at emerging growth companies, Jamcracker and BackWeb Technologies, including a successful IPO at BackWeb. Earlier in her career, she held positions in finance and accounting at Liberty Mutual and PriceWaterhouse LLP.

Madhu is a Chartered Accountant from India, Certified Public Accountant in California and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.

Clayton
Clayton Parker
General Counsel & Secretary


Clayton joined [24]7 in February 2013.  As General Counsel, Clayton brings over 20 years experience as a practicing lawyer, including holding the General Counsel position at multiple public software companies in Silicon Valley, to head [24]7’s legal and compliance functions worldwide.

Most recently, Clayton was Vice President and General Counsel at Magma Design Automation where he led all legal affairs and the successful merger with Synopsys. Prior to Magma, Clayton was General Counsel at the Avant! Corporation.  Before coming to Silicon Valley, Clayton served as Deputy Assistant Trade Representative under President Clinton where he participated in the negotiation and implementation of numerous trade agreements, including the North American Free Trade Agreement and the creation of the World Trade Organization.

Clayton received his BA from Loyola Marymount University and his JD from the McGeorge School of Law.

Kathy Juve
Chief Marketing Officer

 
Kathy joined [24]7 in 2005 and was the Chief Sales Officer for the company until October of 2011 when she assumed the CMO role.

Kathy has 25 years of executive, marketing, sales, and operations experience across the technology and customer service industry. Prior to joining [24]7, she was Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales with Creditek Corporation, which is now part of Genpact, and a leading BPO firm specializing in accounts receivable outsourcing solutions. Previously, she spent 8 years at Convergys Corporation in a variety of executive leadership roles in the Customer Management Group and the Billing Systems Group. Her last role at Convergys was as Vice President for the Technology and Telecommunications Practice, where she led strategy, marketing and business development.

Kathy holds a BS in Marketing from Michigan State University.

Chris Gandolfo
Chief Sales Officer – North America

 
Chris joined [24]7 in 2011 with over 17 years of experience in executive sales and enterprise software expertise.

Prior to [24]7, Chris led sales strategy and execution in North America for CA Technologies, a leading enterprise software company specializing in IT management and security solutions. During his time at CA Technologies, Chris led sales teams in Texas, California, and the Pacific Northwest, focusing on new software revenue and customer retention. He also spent time in corporate sales operations for CA's large portfolio of enterprise agreements.

Patrick Nguyen
Chief Technology Officer

 
Patrick joined [24]7 in 2011 when we acquired Voxify, where he led product and platform development teams in his role as CTO.

Prior to Voxify, Patrick served in strategy, product development and R&D positions at Personify, McKinsey & Company and Australia’s Telstra Research Labs. He holds multiple speech technology patents and is a frequent speaker at the SpeechTEK, Mobile Voice and ACCE conferences.

Patrick earned a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in business administration from MIT’s Sloan School.

Ravi Garikipati
President - Innovation Lab

 
Ravi joined [24]7 in 2009 and has been instrumental in the development of industry leading Px technologies and solutions. He brings a wealth of knowledge to our team with over 20 years of technology and management experience in building teams that deliver high quality web scale software and services in databases, predictive analytics, business intelligence, ecommerce and enterprise application areas.

Before joining [24]7, Ravi was Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Vendio, a large third party e-commerce service provider for small businesses. Under Ravi's leadership, Vendio grew to have more than 2 million online sellers and generated millions in annual revenues. Prior to that, Ravi held various senior engineering leadership positions at IBM and Oracle where he led technology initiatives in building scalable enterprise software architectures and services.

Ravi holds a Masters in software engineering and management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

Ken Colby
Chief Delivery Officer - Platform Services

 
Ken joined [24]7 in 2012 and brings over 28 years of executive leadership experience in the SaaS and enterprise software industries. He has contributed to growth across a wide range of companies by focusing on customer success, sales enablement, and operational excellence.

Prior to [24]7, Ken was CEO of PINC Solutions, a SaaS-based start-up providing supply chain visibility for strategic customers. Before PINC, he held senior executive positions for SmartDrive Systems and @Road, where he contributed to the company's acquisition by Trimble Navigation and piloted the division through a successful integration with Trimble Mobile Solutions. Ken has extensive international experience, living and working in both Asia and Europe where he led regional sales and service organizations and gained experience opening up new and emerging markets including India, northern Asia, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Eastern Europe.

Ken has a BS degree in Management & Technology from the United States Naval Academy.

Prashant Cherukuri
Chief Information Officer

 
Prashant joined [24]7 in 2009 with over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. As CIO, Prashant is responsible for the overall IT Strategy, SaaS infrastructure and IT Operations. He is also responsible for systems development and operational support systems globally.

Prashant joined [24]7 from Aditya Birla Minacs, where he served as the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) for their IT services business unit (formerly PSI Data Systems) and was responsible for building capabilities in the areas of remote infrastructure management, managed testing, enterprise mobility and ERP. Prashant also served as the VP of Technology for PRC, a BPO in Florida where he was responsible for the overall technology architecture and applications and spear-headed their business intelligence and CRM development.

Prashant has a Masters in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.

Mike Hughes
Managing Director – Europe

 
Mike joined [24]7 in 2011 as Managing Director for European Operations. Mike has more than 20 years of experience in customer management, change leadership, and IT.

Prior to joining [24]7, Mike ran his own customer management and business transformation consultancy, PeopleTECH, where he served clients across a range of industry sectors. Mike has also held a number of senior customer management and IT roles, including CEO of Orange India Services Ltd, dual VP responsibilities for Customer Service and Transformation at Orange/FT Group, and Managing Director at BskyB.

Mike received his education at Sawston, Cambridge in the UK and attended IMD in Switzerland to round out his executive education.

Ananth Siva
Managing Director – Asia-Pacific

 
Ananth joined [24]7 in 2010. Ananth brings 24 years of experience in the high tech industry and a wealth of experience in executive management, sales, marketing and operations.

Prior to joining [24]7, Ananth was the General Manager - Asia Pacific, Mobile Resource Management at Trimble Navigation, a leader in GPS and wireless-based solutions. Prior to Trimble, Ananth spent 19 years at IBM where he held many senior positions, including IBM's Asia Pacific Software Group Executive, in charge of industry solution sales. He led IBM's Asia Pacific sales and marketing organization of more than 250 software sales representatives that developed a successful track record selling into Global 1000 companies.

Ananth earned his bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Bombay, India. He also holds an MBA from the University of Western Sydney, Australia and is a certified Wharton Business School "Major Deal Maker."

Animesh Jain
Chief Delivery Officer, India

 
Animesh joined [24]7 in 2004 as VP of Operations and became [24]7’s Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) in 2008. As CDO, he leads the operations across the delivery centers in India. His key responsibilities are to enhance capabilities, institute operational excellence, and instill the drive to outperform across the India delivery centers. Before joining [24]7, Animesh held leadership roles at Genpact and NIIT.

Rienzi Ramirez
Chief Delivery Officer, Philippines

 
Rienzi joined [24]7 in 2006, with more than 16 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector and responsible for operations in diverse geographies such as the US, UK and Australia. As Country Manager - [24]7 Philippines, Rienzi is responsible for the overall operations and client engagements in this region. Rienzi earned an undergraduate degree in quantitative economics and a MS in industrial economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He also holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.

John Mejia
Vice President and Head of Latin America

 
John Mejia has over 20 years of operational experience leading large scale contact centers and operations.  As Vice President and Head of Latin America, John is responsible for operations and client relationships across delivery centers in Latin America.  Before joining [24]7, John held leadership roles at Monitronics, Charter, Centennial and AT&T.  John has a BSIS, Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Steve Skalski
General Manager – Digital Sales

 
Steve joined [24]7 in 2012 to optimize our client's customer acquisition initiatives. Steve has held executive leadership positions in telecommunications sales and operations in the US and Asia including Pay TV, online video services and iTV services for Roomlinx, Blockbuster, Echostar, and Dish.  Steve built businesses that emphasized customer acquisition, customer retention and scalable operations to facilitate profitable growth.  Steve holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business and earned a BS Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit.
