New VPs from CA Technologies and Temenos look to capitalise on growing demand for omnichannel customer service within key vertical markets

Christopher Schyma joins [24]7.ai as Vice President (V.P.)  Sales and Retail, from CA Technologies and John Mitchell joins from financial services software firm Temenos, as V.P. Sales, Banking, and Financial Services. Both Schyma and Mitchell, have extensive experience in working with technology firms in their respective vertical markets and their appointments come as [24]7.ai makes a renewed push to meet the growing requirement for omnichannel customer service.
